Original Works: The original artworks are produced using acid-free, water and smudge proof coloured pencils, graphite or charcoal on hot pressed watercolour paper. All products available on this website are high-quality prints and are NOT original artworks unless otherwise declared. If you wish to purchase any original works, please contact Jasmine Barber directly with your request via

Prints: The works are sold as a high-quality prints which use archival paper and UV Encapsulated Pigment Ink that will last at least 75 years. All prices quoted on this website are in respect of loose prints ONLY unless the buyer requests for the artworks to be mounted or framed when making their purchase. 

Intellectual Property: No permission is given by Jasmine Barber in respect of the reproduction of any images or other material on this website. Should you wish to use an image, please contact Jasmine directly. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

Website ImagesAll product images used on this site are high quality scans of the original artworks. Portraits by Jasmine cannot guarantee an exact match to the product displayed on your screen due too individual screen and colour differences.

PricesThe price the buyer will pay will be specified in the checkout facility on the website. Prices for goods do not include postage which will be added to the items at the checkout.


Returns & Refunds

Portraits by Jasmine offers a full refund on all goods you may be dissatisfied with.

Unsuitable or defective items may be returned for refund, or exchange, providing they are received within 14 days of the original delivery date in brand new, unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging. You must email Portraits by Jasmine directly (please refer to our 'Contact' page for details) stating your name, address, email, contact telephone number, order number and full reason for the return. Please also state whether you require a refund or replacement. The final decision regarding the refund is at Portrait by Jasmine's discretion.

When payment is cleared, your refund will be processed and you will be notified via telephone or email regarding the expected time scale for exchange.

If the goods are not found to be defective, payment for the cost of returning the goods remains with the customer. Proof of posting will be required should an item be lost in transit. Please note that neither refunds or replacements can be made until such proof is provided. It is strongly recommended customers get a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office, or a receipt from your carrier, when a return is made.

All refunds are made to the credit/debit card used to make the original purchase unless otherwise notified. Refunds will be arranged within 30 days of notifying the customer the approval to refund.

If you have requested a replacement with a lower value than the returned goods, a refund for the difference will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. You will be notified as soon as the refund has been processed.

If you have requested replacements of a higher value, the difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.



All goods are custom printed on demand and packages personally by Jasmine, therefore, please allow up to 5 business days of printing and packing time before artwork is shipped out. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-­­Friday). Portraits by Jasmine are not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping due to postal service delays. If you require your order sooner that 5 business days, please contact Jasmine directly via so that she can best accommodate your request. Portraits by Jasmine does not accept any liability for specific customer shipping requirements not being met.
